Lost Soldier provides Upland with exposure to the Wild Mustang gas development in Wyoming, adding a North American opportunity to the Company’s wider portfolio.
Block SK334 is an approximately 6,685 km² onshore oil and gas block in northern Sarawak, Malaysia, adjacent to Brunei. Upland has completed extensive technical work on the block, including a Joint Technical Study with PETROS, which confirmed its prospectivity within a known working petroleum system.
Upland Resources has 1,726,552,840 ordinary shares in issue. This figure was reported following the March 2026 share admission and remained the figure disclosed by the Company as at 13 May 2026.

The Wild Mustang Federal Unit is a natural gas development in Wyoming, USA, in which Upland holds a participation interest through its partnership with Lost Soldier Oil & Gas. The project has estimated resources of approximately 6 Tcf of natural gas, with first commercial gas sales targeted for Q4 2026.
A direct award Production Sharing Contract (PSC) provides the contractual framework through which a company can secure rights to explore for and potentially develop and produce hydrocarbons in a defined area, without progressing through a competitive licensing round. In Aceh, Upland and PEMA have been working towards Heads of Agreement for the potential direct award of a PSC.
