Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL) announces that it has received a Notice from the former CFO to exercise 15,000,000 share options over Ordinary Shares in the Company for proceeds of £90,000.
Total voting rights
Following this issue of shares the Company’s total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 1,626,952,048. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules. Applications will be made to the Financial Conduct Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for the 15,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to listing on the Official List (standard listing segment) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s main market for listed securities in due course. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 10 December 2025.
