Marc A. Bruner is an American oil and gas executive and entrepreneur with over 50 years of experience in founding, scaling and successfully exiting energy companies, primarily focused on oil and gas development. He has held leadership roles in multiple companies that have become significant players in the energy sector.

- Founder and leader of multiple energy companies that collectively generated substantial value, including Ultra Petroleum Corporation, Pennaco Energy Inc., Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd., and Lost Soldier Oil & Gas, where he currently serves as CEO.
- At Lost Soldier Oil & Gas, Mr. Bruner led the team to an initial 6 trillion cubic feet (Tcf) onshore natural gas discovery in the United States, reinforcing his reputation for delivering material gas resources.
