Upland Resources Limited (LSE: UPL), the oil and gas company actively building a portfolio of attractive upstream assets, announces the publication of a supplementary prospectus approved by the United Kingdom Listing Authority (the “Supplementary Prospectus“). The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Rules following the publication on 26 October 2018 of the Company’s Annual Report and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2018.
Supplementary Prospectus
The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus dated 18 June 2018 (the “Prospectus“) published in connection with the Placing of 120,000,000 new shares of no par value in the Company (completed on 21 June 2018) and the potential issue of new shares of no par value in the Company on conversion of any Convertible Loan Notes which may be issued by the Company.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Prospectus, unless otherwise defined herein.
